GUUUUUURL I know, where the H.E. double hockey sticks have we been?!? Did ya miss us? So much has been going on in our lives!! The three of us finally moved into our house!! YAY! I am super excited about this because we had been living in a pretty small apartment (well it didn't seem that small before HRH arrived). It's a pretty big old house that we are redoing and making into our home. Tony has been sweating and slaving over it to make it livable, and he has done a great job.
I also had to have my tonsils out!!! My tonsils!! Can you believe that at age 3_ !!!! Well apparently this procedure is a piece of cake when you're a kid, but when you're an adult it is not so fun. I have been down and out for a week. We decided to pack up Zoey and go stay with my parents for the first few days, and I tell ya we are lucky to have had them. They were totally thrilled to have a chance o spend all that time with their grandbaby. Tony really stepped up to the plate and made things a lot easier. Let me tell you though, it has been the worst pain I have ever experienced.
So we're back, and I cannot WAIT to catch up on all of your blogs!!!
Glad your back. I take it you bought a house? That's so exciting. It's a thrill to do work and changes to your own house.
ReplyDeleteGood to see you back -- we're about to do the same thing, move into an apartment while renovating. Zoey is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteZoey is so adorable. I just hope my baby will turn out as sweet and adorable as yours! :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you're back--I've missed reading your blog posts.
Your baby is so F***ing adorable, you two are so lucky I cnt wait to start my journey in 40 days
ReplyDeleteOmg her royal highness' reign will equal Elizabeth's.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! You guys are looking pretty great yourselves. Please tell me all this "you'll be dead / worse than you can imagine" stuff is an urban myth people perpetuate to screw with us newbies :) hahaha
Also would love to hear about the StayAtHomeD experience if you have any insights! (serious nervousness setting in over here)

Wow, the pictures of the daddies with their little girl -- just priceless.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you're back and minus your tonsils. I had mine out at age 22 at it sucked big time. Feel your pain. Zoey is so cute and you guys look like pros already. I echo Kevin's comment that all these parents are trying to FREAK US OUT by saying we're going to be miserable and tired and cranky. LOL...what about the joy of having a baby, people!? ;-)
ReplyDeleteWell, Praise the Lord! I have missed you SOOOO much! The 3 of you look absolutely perfect together. Bummer about the tonsils...and congrats about getting into the house! Take care...hope you're fully recovered VERY soon!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you guys are back and that all is well. I've missed updates of Zoey. She is so adorable! I'm glad you are finally in your house and out of the cramped apartment. Please don't worry about doing any research, I think we are going to do something very very low key now that we have one more on the way! We still would love to meet up with you guys though.
ReplyDeleteLots of stuff a-happen-in! Congrats on the house and the GORGEOUS pictures! Hope the recovery keeps moving along and you're back to yourself!
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhh my gosh. She is ADORABLE!!!!!! So big. I love it. Miss you guys!! xo
ReplyDeleteI had my tonsils out when I was 17. It HURT so much, but at least I didn't have to take care of a baby at the same time. Glad things are going well and you're back. I freakin' love your blog.
ReplyDeleteShe is so very cute! Have the Irish Fairies smiled upon your little girl with a lovely shade of red hair? I love it!!! All the best as your family finds happiness in the new home.
ReplyDeleteBest regards,
Brandon
Glad you guys are back!! Congrats on the new house - how exciting! The pics are great and she is seriously the cutest!!
ReplyDeleteI was wondering. I have heard that having your tonsils taken out as an adult is the worst thing! Your little sweetie is so precious looking. Our little one has made it into the world now. You will have to come check out her pictures on our blog.
ReplyDeleteSecond picture from the bottom elicited an actual, out loud "Ohhh!" Too cute. And welcome to the Picture People addiction
ReplyDeleteI am in absolutly love with Zoey!! She's so precious!! I want to squeeze her cheeks!
ReplyDeleteSorry about the tonsils--that's a crapper. But hey, things will be better in that department from now on, right?? :)
Welcome back! Hope you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteSOOOOOOOOOOO super adorable!!! She is precious and ya'll make a cute family!!!
ReplyDelete*squeel* Look at that cutie patootie! (referring to Zoey... I mean, you guys are cute too... but, well, she takes the cake! ;) )
ReplyDeleteI hope you're back to yourself soon!
